About IQCC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is an essential component of the institution, established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It serves as a mechanism to maintain and enhance the quality of education, promote academic excellence, and institutionalize best practices.
Vision:
To ensure continuous improvement in the entire operations of the institution and assure all stakeholders – students, faculty, staff, alumni, and society at large – of the accountability and quality of education provided.
Objectives:
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
Functions of IQAC:
- Development and application of quality benchmarks.
- Organization of workshops, seminars, and awareness programmes on quality enhancement.
- Collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Documentation of various programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC.
Composition of IQAC:
The IQAC is constituted under the chairpersonship of the Principal and includes senior faculty members, administrative officers, representatives from the local community, alumni, and student members.
IQAC Activities:
- Conduct of academic and administrative audits.
- Encouraging faculty development and research initiatives.
- Monitoring the implementation of teaching-learning innovations.
- Facilitating student-centric and skill-oriented programmes.
- Strengthening the feedback and grievance redressal mechanisms.
